Good Morning everyone.
It's a beautiful sunny day here in Canada's Capital.
Today I actually feel slightly better, but the day is young, anything can happen, digestively I mean.
Trying to cut back on my coffee intake, so this morning I am having some herbal tea.
Today my goal is to get my kitchen cleaned up, and possibly tidy up my living room a bit.
We're in the midst of painting the living room, when we came across some problems with one of the walls. So we had to stop the painting and install new drywall (fun!)
But so far the living room is coming along nicely. The colours are fantastic! And once I get my living room back into functioning order, I can continue to take pictures and get them printed out for my portfolio.
For those of you who dont know, I am passionate about interior decorating, and I figured I could start making a portfolio before I go to school.
My walls before was a bamboo colour. A greenish kind of icky colour. I got tired of looking at it after 6 years of living in this house and decided it needed to be updated, so we went with an accent wall (called toasted pecan) and a lighter main colour (called maple sugar). Sounds like a snack!!
More of that to happen on the weekend,
Right now my focus during the day is eating better, drinking more water (now where did I out that bottle?) and creating a more peaceful living space.
And thats a peek into my life today.
Thanks for stopping by.

I need introduce myself.
I am a 30 year old Canadian mother with anxiety, depression, bi polar disorder, with IBS, migraines, and who is over weight.
I'm close to becoming diabetic.
And as of last week, struggling with serious stomach pains.
With the help of my BFF and also my supportive husband, I decided I needed to change my life.
Starting with the inside.
I can't improve my life if I'm constantly battling headaches, felling bloated and spending 2/3 of my day on the toilet.
So, I carry my water bottle with me as if it's a limb, and I'm trying to make better eating choices.
Eating clean.
No cream in my coffee, no cigarettes and no junk food (well maybe a little).
Moderation is key.
Water is key.
Getting enough sleep and becoming more active is also key.
So follow me on the journey of healthy transformation to transform my sick body into a healthy one.
